Add Products to Your Shopping Cart
When you have decided to purchase a product, click the Buy button next to the product description. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You will be able to change the quantity when you are ready to checkout. Now you can continue to browse the store, or proceed to checkout right away. Follow the instructions shown to decide how to proceed. If at any time you want to return to your shopping cart, just click on the "Shopping Cart" link from any page on the site.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax on shipments to those states where we have physical locations. At the current time we only collect sales tax in the state of Connecticut.  Connecticut sales tax is 6% and will be automatically calculated for you on the final page of the shopping cart. So, if  we're not sending it to a Connecticut address, we do not collect sales tax!

Checking Out
When you are ready to check out, follow the instructions in the shopping cart. It will ask you for your name, address, telephone, e-mail address, other billing and shipping information.

Make sure to click the Checkout button each time you are asked for information to proceed to the next step.

Once you submit your shipping information and click Checkout you will be presented with the total amount due.

You will be given the option of changing, deleting or adding products even after you have submitted your shipping information. You do not submit your order until you have given all information needed and you are shown the total and click the final Checkout button. Before that time you have a chance to add, change, or delete items from your shopping cart.

Your credit card information will be sent via a safe encrypted format to PayPal's secure server. Your information is kept confidential so that you can feel safe making online purchases.

When you have completed your order, you will receive an email message to confirm your information. You can print and save this document for your records if you choose.

Changing or Canceling an Order
Once you click the final Checkout button, our fulfillment process begins. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. We pride ourselves on fast shipping and if your order has been shipped we can not make changes or cancellations.

We make every effort to display the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the display settings and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor may affect the colors you actually see on the screen.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products they may be returned IN ORIGINAL CONDITION and IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We have a 15-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. You must provide a copy of the original invoice with your return. A restocking charge of 10% may be applied to some items. Returns must be pre-authorized by Limauge Boutique before they are returned to our office. Shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us.   Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke (cigarette, cigar, any tobacco, woodstove) odor to them.  Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.

How We Pack
All of our items are inspected before shipping and are packed with extra care.  We make sure to use sturdy boxes with plenty of clean packing materials.  Our packing materials include shredded paper, bubble wrap, and/or packing peanuts.

MAIL-IN ORDERS

Click to print the mail-in order form. Fill in the item name or description, item number, quantity, weight, subtotal, shipping, and final total.  Write any special instructions on the back of the order form.  Note:  On occasion an item may appear as in stock on the website but may be out-of-stock on our storeroom shelves by the time your mail-in order arrives.  If this happens you will be notified by e-mail that the item is on backorder. Our restocking cycle for depleted inventory can vary anywhere from a 2 to 6 weeks. If a product is backordered you will be notified by e-mail and/or phone to discuss other options.

You may submit Postal Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Personal Check with your mail-in order.  Personal Checks may be held for 7 days before your order can be shipped.

Shipping Information

All of our items are shipped by UPS or USPS.  UPS automatically insurances all packages up to $100 in value.  You must add the total weight (mail-in orders) for all of the products you are purchasing in order to calculate shipping. The total product weight you see in the product detail area is done by calculating the weight of the product, packing, handling, and shipping.  Products are shipped between 1 and 3 days after payment is received (and cleared).  If a product is backordered you will be notified by e-mail.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship to international locations other than Canada. Canadian residents add an additional $7.00 to your total order.

Holiday Shipping
Please note that packages do not ship on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Please add a few additional days for transit for orders placed around these holidays.

Backorders
All items are in-stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page. We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for all in-stock items. On occasion an item may appear as in stock on the website but may be out-of-stock on our storeroom shelves.  If this happens you will be notified by e-mail that the item is backordered. Our restocking cycle for depleted inventory can vary anywhere from a 2 to 6 weeks. Please contact us if you need confirmation of availability.

Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to be delivered by December 25th.

RETURNS

Lost/Damaged Goods
You should carefully inspect each shipment. Inspection of lost or damaged items needs to be made by you within 10 days of receiving the order. Contact us so we can make suitable arrangements for replacement or give you authorization to return the goods and/or receive a refund.

All orders are given a Tracking number which you can use to follow the shipment of your package(s).  Track your package by clicking here or by signing up to receive updates by email by clicking here. When damage takes place during shipping the responsibility for collecting under a damage claim is between you and UPS.

Unwanted/Non-Damaged Items

There is nothing more annoying than a pop-up window.  We try to only use advertisements that are built into a page and do not obstruct the view or confuse by popping up.
